Roland (the owner/manager) was a pleasure to deal with. He is the owner but handled every question and concern I had personally and didn't pass me off to anyone else. Their Honesty, Integrity and an ethical approach to a business that's usually questioned by many for customer service goes a long way with me. I buy and sell many cars and ship them all over the country, so I've had some horror stories with shipping companies. I've found someone I can trust and recommend to all of my friends. Another nice thing I'd like to say is that I recommended my cousin to use Roland as well and although his car was an inexpensive (under $10000 car) Roland treated him the same way as he treated me and others I've referred with $250,000 exotic cars. I will use this service and Roland for any other shipping of vehicles that I need in the future. He is a true professional.
