We recieve calls on jobs everyday. The customer cancelled the order two days before the pickup date. It is common to have a driver lined up the day before and even the day of the pickup date. The extreme winter has backed up a lot of vehicles trying to move, causing drivers to call on jobs last minute. The person writing this review was also never a part of the booking process. I apologize that I could not satisfy your needs.
