We're sorry that you did not have a good experience, Maggie. Our dispatch manager attempted to contact you first thing the next day after you reached out to us, but we were unable to connect. While we are disappointed we weren't given the chance to explain and work towards a resolution, we understand your frustration. Because of the feedback you've shared, we've conducted training with our representatives to prevent this issue from happening again in the future. Again, we apologize for the miscommunication.
