Do not look any further!! Shaughnessy/Beth Feldman saved the day with the utmost of professionalism, integrity, honesty, fairness and communication. Had a failed experience with another broker (thus, the 'saved the day') so have something to compare Shaughnessy to. Am grateful for receiving their name from a respected local source in the auto industry and only frustrated that we did not call them first. Shaughnessy gave honest answers about transport pick up and delivery including driver contact information and then followed up with us - all practices that the other transport company did not do and were crucial to the transaction. Should also add that Beth/Shaughnessy managed all this last minute, virtually no notice. Would give more stars if possible and no question, would contact them again for any future transport needs. Already said but bears repeating, do not look any further!!
