I had planned to fly to Arizona to pickup my truck that I purchased, but I figured I would get a quote just to see what the cost would be. Sharp Auto Transport was recommended and I dealt with Fred. He talked me into using his supposed "high" quality service and said that I could "Count on" the truck being delivered on-time in two days. Fred is a salesman. He gives you a quote, he takes the money, but some other company moves the vehicle. Anyways, when my truck didn't show up as promised, I called Fred and asked about status. He was very slow to respond... he had to call a dispatcher and indicated it would be an additional day and I would have the vehicle on the 11th. Then after getting off the phone with Fred, the 3rd party company the Sharp AT contracted with called and said it would be the 12th (two days late). I guess fred considers it delivered when it gets to the delivery yard.... i just wish he was more honest with me Bottom line... 2 extra days... twice the time. My real iritation was that once the deposit was made the communication sucked.... I wish I had stuck with my original plan... It would have been cheaper and quicker for me to fly, even with hotel, food & gas... Communication could have been better
