Have shipped farm equipmtent, toys on wheels and personally hauled personal vehicle, were all interstate.

Shank Bros. not only gave an estimate that was most acceptable on first contact and shipping pending, but stuck to it a week or so later when ready.

Driver an excellent carrier technician and clearly experienced with considerable attention to detail to not only the business end, but to accomodate my need.

They were not planning to be in my area for their already in progress trip, BUT, told me felt it may be possible for them to come the couple hundred miles across the state to pick up for me if able to alter their schedule, they did just that.

Showed up within minutes AHEAD of scheduled pick up time in N.C, and dropped off right on the button in N.Y.. With the driver making extra effort to deliver right to the door out of consideration for receiving end. To do so, had to back up the first class 10+ auto carrier about a 1/4 mile or better, and did so by his choice on seeing "at the door" delivery to better benefit the receiver.

Great Team and I'll not use a different shipper next time, or haul myself, these folks are Pros and deliver MORE than you pay for, guided me and kept me updated daily all along the way.

Shank Bros. made me a fan. And oh yeah I'm nobody just a regular guy needing a car shipped, I'm not family and never met'em before, just a stranger until contacting them on a guess looking among the shippers available. Took care of my vehicle like it was their own and treated my like an important personal friend start to finish, was nice to do business with folks you'd want to call friend.
