I'm pleased with Shank Bros and the delivery they set up for my vehicle. John was SUPER easy to talk to, very informative and ALWAYS answered the phone. I never had to leave a message or wait for him. When my vehicle didn't show up on the ESTIMATED delivery date, he got me an answer from the carrier immediately as to why and when it WOULD arrive. Excellent service. This is how people should do business.
