Mr. Adams,
We again apologize for the delay in shipment. In correction to the above review, Mr. Adams vehicle was picked up two (2) days later than originally discussed with Mr. Fisher. The price of $875 ($125 more than the original quoted cost) was due to change in locations and discussed with Mr. Adams previous to any charges being made or agreements being signed for shipping.
The delivery of this vehicle to Denver was in full agreement between Mr. Adams himself, Seven Logistics, Inc and the direct carrier company. This was also included on the agreement prior to shipping being arranged.
Mr. Adams was refunded $50 as compensation for the hour drive to drop of the Toyota Highlander on pickup in Oregon as this was not part of our agreement and was an act made outside of our contractual agreement with the carrier company.
