What can I say, Lily and Francisco are an incredible team. No doubt they are going to change the game forever! We even got to taking about business methods for optimization, that guy is a whiz.. Look, the initial quoted price wasnt the total price in the end, it was a little lower, but they told me this in the beginning. They had not charged me anything at that point for all the work they already had done and I was in need of a driver. In the end we decided to dispatch with the more costly driver, and just so happened to be very easy to work with. The carrier team was obviously the experienced, more careful, polite and just respeful all around. You definitely get what you pay for and Send It was up front about everything from the very beginning. Just wanted to show my appreciation for all the hard work they put in to find me a reputable hard working carrier.
