After I made contact with Mike Mason the staff person, Elizabeth Sanchez and others took excellent steps to confirm the entire transaction in less than 3-4 hours to include emailing me and the shipper a contract and bill of laden. Somehow I wish that prospective shippers could discern between excellent service by Secure and other less reliable brokers. I would recommend Secure to all including those who are looking for service and a fair price. Fred Hugo.
