I only wish I had visited this website before ordering the transport of my car. Troy set up all the details of my transport and took my Visa number....that's all he did. He did nothing else. I called numerous times to find out why the car had not been picked-up....never once did he call me back. After 10 days, I called and spoke to someone in Customer Service. I asked for my $150 deposit back. They said they would need to talk to "upper management" and get back with me. They did call me back and asked that I send them the request " in writing". I did that and they assured me of a refund within a couple of days. That never happened either. So, I have challenged the charges on my card.
FYI-the company that did exactly what they said they would do-360 Transport LLC out of Texas. They never asked for a deposit until they had the transport set-up. Justin was awesome to work with. And, yes they have great reviews.
