I don't know why so many people have said bad things about this company. Maybe there experience was different than mine. It seems like when a company especially transport companies don't do exactly what they say it gets posted everywhere. But when they do a good job nobody says anything. The fact of the matter is when you are transporting things wether or not it's vehicles or household items it is extremely hard to guarantee an exact pick up date and time. Vinny gave me a two day window and my vehicle was picked up within that window. He also said it would be 5-7 days in transport and it arrived on the sixth day. Courtney in Customer Service was extremely helpful and when she said she would call me back she did. I just want to say Thanks to Secure Auto Transport for making my experience in this move a good one. I would recommend this company to anyone outthere who is looking to move there vehicle. Big thanks to Vinny and Courtney over at Secure Auto Transport.
