I called an need my car transported on time Erin Mlot told me that it would be picked up on saturday (02-16-2008) then she said pay a deposit of $150.00 an it would hold a spot on the truck for saturday so i paid it so it would be picked up saturday cause i need it here by thursday so it could go in a special car auction well saturday came an i did not here nothing from no one when monday came i tried to call no answer for to days kept leaving Erin messages no one called me back an tuesday came an i kept calling all day cause they had my money well later on tuesday some guy from customer service answered an he started being a --XXXwell u no we will say mean tried to say that no one said the would pick it up saturday we will get to it when we can but i got papers saying it would be picked up saturday not saying maybe they would then i did not hear anything for 2 days again an i called back an some guy named Duffy picked an he was very helpful
he said he would put a rush on it an he did it got picked up on monday (02-25-2008) by another company called Eleven Eleven auto transport i would have to rate them as excellent he kept me informed on my car where he was how lone it would it would get here when he picked it up he did a good job it was already to late for the auction but it was not eleven eleven fault he had it here in 2 days i would recommend eleven eleven to everyone his # (704)562-9507 or emial is JCDiaz1111@yahoo.com an

p.s dont us a middle man (secure auto transport) to get to the real guys (eleven eleven auto transport) we all know that secure auto will comment back saying we r wrong but it seems funny that is what everyone is saying is the same stuff about them thank you josh olaughlin
