Mr. Mellinger booked a vehicle for transport with Secure. Prior to pick up we notified Mr. Mellinger that truck was delayed. We kept in contact with Mr. Mellinger and his wife. On 1/15 we contacted Mr. Mellinger to notify him that we would be picking up his vehicle the following morning and he stated that he canceled via email and telephone. Our cancelation policy is clear on the contract which states that cancelations are to be done in writing via cerrtified mail. None the less we canceled his order and unfortunately didn't get in contact with our dirver soon enough to prevent him from calling Mr. Mellinger to arrange pick up.
