I felt into Secure Auto Shipping trap of false advertising and their offer to transport the vehicle themselves for a set price. They had my vehicle transported by another company. My car was transported by American Auto Transport from Downers Grove Illinois. Upon arrival driver asked for a higher fee and threaten to take the car if it was not paid. I tried by phone & email to contact Secure Auto Shipping but they are not responding. Shortly upon unloading my car left the driver land began calling to report damage to the convertible top. I attempted contacting first the broker from Secure Auto Shipping rep. but no response. Then American Auto Transport is not returning my calls to submit a claim. I have pictures email and a copy of the invoice to show the condition of the car prior to shipping. Both companies are being unresponsive. Check them with the Better Business Bureau and you will see what I am talking about.
