I signed contract on 12-2-15 for $499 for pick-up for on 1-6-16. I called on 12/31/15 to obtain estimate of time frame for pick-up on 1-6-16. I was told I would hear from someone about 1-4-16 with details. On 1-5-16 I again called and was told I would hear about 3 hours before pick-up when vehicle was going to be picked up. On 1-6-16 I again called and was told that they had put requests out for car to be picked up. I called multiple times from 1-6-16 until 1-11-16 and after threatening to post a terrible review (which I am now doing) and contact the BBB, that for $600 my car would be picked up on 1-12. Inasmuch as I had already relocated and needed my car, I agreed to increased charge and am going to dispute $100 deposit with credit card company. My car was picked up on 1-12 (about 3 hours later than expected). It was also delivered a day before I expected. The driver was very nice, however, I would not recommend Secured Auto Shipping. Instead of making arrangements when contract was signed, they waited and I had no car in Oregon from 1-8-16 until 1-12-16. I would recommend using another company.
