Original contact was made Aug. 22, 2013 to ship a car from St. Paul, MN to Bella Vista, AR. The price was quoted at $445. Sealand requested half deposit at the time of the order and half on delivery. Being new to this, I gave them the ok to charge the full amount. After 2 days and hearing nothing, no updates and no reply to my inquiries, I cancelled the order and requested a credit to my Visa account of the $445 deposit.

After repeated efforts to contact the company by phone and email and still no response. It is important to know how this business works. There are hundreds of auto shippers bidding for your business and they post their bids on a central dispatch system. If the bid is too low, then no independent shipper will ship the auto for the price quoted. It could take weeks or months to have a car shipped. THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE BUSINESS.

I had to go with another shipper and was very happy to pay the $650 charge to get the job done right with Ship Your Car Now.
