This was our first time to ever ship a vehicle. There were so many companies contacting us after we did a general search on the internet. We selected Sealand because the price quote. We were sent contract via email immediately following our phone confirmation. It was easy to communicate via email-all correspondence was answered in a timely fashion. They were also readily available by phone when I had questions.

The best part of the experience was meeting up with our truck driver, Paul. He was a very nice man and made us feel confident that he would take good care of the car. We were just nervous about the whole process. He was professional and knowledgable. We had phone numbers to call him directly if we needed anything-which we didn't need anything. Paul even helped us coordinate the pick up place in Huntington Beach so we could call ahead and inform the friend who was picking it up for us.

Only one thing that I think needs to be clarified is the definition of 'door to door' - It's actually parking lot/dealership to parking lot/dealership.
