The driver that arrived to load the car was very polite and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about the process and made me feel at ease. He told me he would be leaving the next morning and would arrive in Illinois approximately two days later. He presented a very professional image and when I handed him the keys and left and I did not worry at all after meeting him. My family in Illinois said he actually got there earlier than expected and handled the transaction well with them. I am using this company again and have recommended it to someone else that is shipping a car this summer.
