brokermoved a mercedes for me second time i used him. first time charge me what he call a flat rate broker fee. second time find a cheaper transporter and charge me an extra 100 dollars. instead on passing the savngs on to mehe just made more money on the move.
got the car in the stated time. problem was the car was damage via fifth wheel llc located in spokane washingston. fifth wheel or thier insurance company northland insurance in st paul mn will cover the damage.
scott did go to bat for me at first. then i never heard from him. these broker need to know who they are dealing with and not try to make a fast dollar. it isnot scott direct fault but he is the one that made the arrangements charged me more and now i have a car that is damaged. these broker need to know who they are dealing with since they are making the arrangement for the customer. not happy with any of these organizations ..
