The worst customer service you have ever seen! Once they have your money, that's it for them. For instance, they did not provide a point of contact for dropping off my car at the port - I had to find my own escort service. After providing me a time of arrival for my shipment, they made no effort to follow up on my shipment or keep me informed of the inaccuracy of their statement. They also refused to compensate me a mere $40 for the ticket I purchased in reliance on their word. I tried contacting their customer service, but all I got were sanctimonious, prim responses from the people I talked to. I will never use this company again. STAY AWAY!!!
