The car was picked up on the day it was supposed to be picked up but due to the snow storm that morning, the driver (Dennis) called to inform that he would be late. In addition, my house was in a residential area and the streets were narrow so he called to have me meet him in a bigger store lot and he would drive me back while he drove the car back to be hauled. I appreciated the constant updates and service he provided me.
However, the car was delivered 2 days later than I expected. I'm not sure if it was due to the inclement weather that hit the northeast during that week. I had to call the driver to follow up after the delivery date had passed and was assured it would be delivered.
Overall, the driver was friendly and nice. The fact that the car was delivered late did not prompt me to give it a very high rating. The service was good and the shipping price was competetive.
