Driver did not call on pick up date. Then when I finally called him he wanted a 9PM . Now the door to door pickup means my 18y.o. needs a 1 and 1/2 hour bus ride to meet him because a 6 lane street isnt big enough to meet on. Then their dispatch blames me for not calling on the weekend while admitting they were not there. Oh, by the way I did send email trying to change the pickup spot.
