DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! If you want to be pushed around, sheister'd, lied to and deceived, then be my guest. I did not choose this service to do my transport, but the treatment and the tactics these guys go through to get you to sign with them is unbelievable. Yes, unbelievable is an understatement. They will call you from different numbers to try to get you to answer the phone, they will block other transporters from trying to get your business on the central board by placing fake listings. Even the same guy who keeps calling says he is a different person every time he calls you. Hello? Do you think every customer is that STUPID? One time he's Harold, another time he's Terry and another time he is Chris. SAME GUY! He acts like he thinks he is the "'closer"', with a side order of New York accent to go along with it.

They will call you and tell you they own the routes that you need to transport your vehicle. They will tell you they own the trucks and the drivers who control these routes. They will tell you all the brokers out there have to go to them to get transported, so why go through a broker when you can go direct with the carrier? That's what they say. This is where another UNBELIEVABLE comes in... they impersonated a transporter I was trying to work with by calling from that transporters fax line. They even went as far as to say they were the person's boss at the transporter company and don't listen to what he told you, I am his boss. Not enough? They called me from a 305 area code and I didn't answer, then a few minutes later, they call from an area code right in my area saying they are the driver and they are ready to pick up, blah, blah, blah. I do not know how they get the numbers to call from to impersonate, but I have to say if you need that capability to get business, why not try to turn that ingenuity into your business and your customers and EARN your future business instead of being sheisters? Try being reputable with each and every customer the right way, then maybe you can grow your business organically instead of being shady?

Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to find a good, reputable company. Reviews are there for a reason. Read them and then choose. By the way, S&B goes by Best Auto Shippers.
