Saks transport quote me for 775$ for moving my car from Boston to Texas and after I agreed to the deal and signed the contract and provided the credit card and they swiped 200 as initial payment/ deposit, and they told me its not possible for 775$, it will cost me 950$ because drivers are not ready for that rate. I was not happy with that, because I paid 200$ and they are not ready to return the amount, I had to go with them for 950$.
I request SAKS transport to provide the customer with the correct price for the move.
But my car reached safely without any damage, the one thing which made me to feel good.
