We did have a carrier for Tom . He was impatient and kept calling 7 times in two days not to mention it was a non running pick up truck . Only 10 percent of carriers have lift gates / winches . All orders we take we get schedules. In the paper work it clearly states avg time to get a schedule is 1-3 days but can take up too 7 days for a carrier . The last thing we want to do is not give a customer a schedule if they place an order. We only charged Tom one time his credit card if we charged it twice that is committing fraud .
We do high volume at Saks Auto Trans and will also want every customer to be happy. If he called us back we will work on getting him a schedule again but he went else where after two days .
Customers that change there mind on shipping last minute or double book orders we have no control over there actions .
