ONLY thing I wasn't too happy with ( and I really don't care) is that my price went over by 75.00 from my estimate. Costs should be clearer or set in stone prior to signing agreement etc...If I were on a REAL tight budget - this could have been an issue!

Alex was great and gave me a great deal none the less. Totally up front about the company and put my neurotic behavior at ease. Communication was never an issue with these guys and that's another thing.

Transport companies NEED to maintain good communication to put car owners at ease. I have had issues with other companies in the past with this.

Jennifer ( the driver) was absolutely wonderful, was ALWAYS in contact when she felt there might be a delay, etc...

SAKS also respected my privacy regarding what given numbers to call and there were no harassing after sales pitches or phone call surveys like At&T (losers) like to do.

Car arrived cleaner "Than expected" (dirty is common anyways), their car overview assessment sheet for external damage before pick up was impeccable as well. "Everything" was denoted.

Overall I will be bookmarking this company for SURE if there are future endeavors. Price= outstanding. Service= even better.

If these guys can please someone like myself who's kinda picky - they're JUST fine.
Give Alex the damn raise he is needing down there!
