They were extremely helpful and informative; this was my first shipping experience so they took extra time and patience to shorten my learning curve and make me comfortable on the subject. They were very punctual on call backs when i had quesions. Never tried to push me or rush me to decide. many others called with urgency in their voice. They were calm and let me move at my own pace. I would definately use again. price was fairand the trucker used was also very professional
