In regards to this review. This was actually on schedule. The customer did not relate to us that this vehicle was not running. When the first carrier arrived they did not have a winch to pull the car onto the carrier so they could not pick it up. We had to get a second carrier with a winch to pickup the car which typically costs $150-$200 more for the additional labor. Customer was made aware of this and that we had to get another truck with a change in price necessary for the status change to inoperable. Second truck was secured 4 days after the order was placed and picked up the car. Carrier arrived within the 2-day window provided to the customer and carrier called in advance to advise of delivery day.
