The customers car was picked up at the door and delivery location was in the city. The customer lives on a one lane main street and their is no where for the carrier to pullover and safely remove the car. They drove around for 2 hours calling the customer who did not answer before returning to their facility due to the inability to reach the customer. Both myself and the carrier tried to discuss the options with the customer for delivery which she did not want to hear but just requested for the carrier to block the street to unload to give her door to door delivery which could not be done without breaking the law. Door to door service is always provided unless one of the locations will not allow an 18-wheeler access. Customer also noted they want to be compensated to remove the review. see the green dot next to the review.
