After having a nightmare situation with Haul Bikes (after I paid them, they took 1.5 months to give a pickup date, then no-showed and charged a cancellation fee?!), I felt burned and didn’t know what to do! Dave was quick, understanding of my situation and got my bike picked up in 1 day! It was delivered to my house 3 days later (California to Colorado). Thank you so much! Don’t look for anyone else to work with.
