This is the most unreliable and incompetent company we’ve ever worked with. The vehicle was dispatched to us on thursday with friday delivery. When our driver got to the pick up destination they told us the car was in Iowa, not in Oklahoma, After our anger, they offered us another load that was going in the same direction, But they didn't give us the VIN number to pick up the car, We waited for 5 hours, They told us 15 lies in 5 hours, No one could possible explain what exactly happed and no one knew we are the carrier scheduled to pick up that particular vehicle.
