I had the pleasure of speaking with Marco. Boy, for someone who was having a bad day, it was sure nice to talk with someone who didn't thoroughly enjoy their work, and also knew about what he was offering! I wish I needed to use his services more often. I'd call just to talk to someone pleasant. lol
