Jake was a great agent. He was very helpful and informative always. I would recommend this company. This process may seem very skeptical but everyone has understand as this is a third-party their job is to get you in a contract get you to sign it put a down payment and then they will resource to find a driver keep in mind that the driver rate can increase based upon the initial contract/verbal agreement that you come upon but again this all dictates from the driver overall don’t feel frightened and timid like I did the service actually does work good luck
