I shopped and researched my options of shipping my Jeep from Edmonton to Toronto, speaking with and getting quotes from at least five places. I went with SVP, not because of the price, I went and chose them because of Steve and how he chose to communicate with me and his level of customer service.

He was very quick to respond to my emails, help address some concerns I had within the industry and shipping my Jeep across country. He responded well and answered my questions, returned my calls, was very patient with me as i made my final decision to chose his company.

The drop off was easy and I sent one follow-up email just to check the status, thinking the Jeep wouldn't be received for a few more weeks, only to be told it will arrive the next day.

Pick up was easy and everything Steve said would happen, happened.

I was very impressed with the service and contact provided. If I ever have to ship a vehicle again, I will happily use and recommend SVP.
