We moved a few months ago from BC to ON and I must say having our two cars shipped was the easiest part of moving! From begnning to end, Steve was very helpful and always available to answer all my concerns. He replied to all my emails that same day! I paid for both cars at the same time. We had one car shipped first before we arrived to ON so that we had a car to drive as soon as we got here. The first car arrived a few days early and Steve said they would park the car in a secure lot till I come pick it up. When we went to pick the car up, it was quick and simple just as when we dropped it off. It was in the exact condition as when we sent it. It was nice to see my old car so well taken care of in a new place!

We decided to ship our second car a little later and I was worried we would have to pay a penalty. But Steve said there would just be a slight increase in price (not by SVP Shipping) in the new year so I would just have to pay the difference. The second car travelled during all the snow falls and freezing cold temperatures, so I was worried it would arrive very late. But just as Steve emailed me (on a Sunday afternoon) regarding my concerns, my second car arrived on the estimated arrival date.

Overall my experience with Steve was excellent and I would highly recommend SVP Shipping to all my friends and family. It's nice to see there are still some honest businesses out there!
