Andre Guzmen was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. He always remained polite and professional which was very nice because I was constantly calling and asking about the transport. When our initial driver canceled because of the snowstorms happening in Ohio he was diligently working to find another driver because our transport was on a schedule. The only issue was the original quote of 1,700 was later raised to 2,100 and my boss was dissatisfied with having to pay more but things happen. I would definitely recommend STT logistics strictly based on Andre and his tremendous job with handling the issue that arose and customer service he had.
