I had my car shipped with these guyz, These guyz damaged my Acura with all cement stains on it, when I raised a claim, saying I had my car damaged during the transport after 3 months they(insurance agent) say that I delayed to raise the claim (where I raised in One week) and say all sort of stories to NOT PAY me for the damage.
I dont understand whats the purpose of having and insurance? when they dont cover your damages.. poor customer service and very poor service. I have learned a lesson today, ppl be aware of such companies spread all over.
