Ultimately it went well. Our original pickup time was switched because the driver had a problem. It was going to be moved 2 days but that was inconvenient for us because we had already made plans based on what we were first told. SGT then found a different carrier who could come the original day but just a little later. This driver said the car would be delivered in about 7 hours (about 6 pm). Then we got a call it would be 10 pm. Then we got a call it would be 9am the next morning. Our driver had apparently been given new instructions by his dispatcher. This could have been a problem as I was not there to receive it and had designated someone to receive it for me. Fortunately they are retired and very flexible and it worked out. The driver was great and very communicative, kept us very updated. SGT was also very accommodating and followed up and communicated very well too. So, just the little timing glitch but otherwise a great experience. Would use again but at my age this should be our last move.
