We regret to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations. Our company operates with estimated, rather than guaranteed, dates and windows for both pickup and delivery. Pickup and delivery dates are always approximations due to various factors that can influence scheduling and transit times. These factors include carrier availability, truck-related issues, road conditions and weather conditions. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and we intend to utilize it to enhance our communication in relation to this matter.
We would like to clarify that the option presented to you by our agents aimed to prevent any further delays with the pickup and expedite the pickup process. Our team did not intend to miss the opportunity and thus presented this option- however, we always leave the decision to the customer, allowing them to either accept or decline it.
