We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delay in picking up your vehicle and the unexpected increase in price. We work with estimated windows for pick-up and delivery, taking into consideration factors such as vehicle size and any modifications. In this case, due to the larger size of the vehicle and the modifications, it took longer than anticipated to assign a driver.
Our dispatchers came across an option to avoid further delay by picking up the vehicle. We understand that this option came with an increased cost, and we apologize for not communicating this clearly from the beginning. We always strive to present every available option to our customers, giving them the choice to accept or decline based on their preferences.
