Was surprised to hear from my driver, just as he was about deliver my car ( after 6 days) that he needed another $150 because there were personal items in the car. They knew it when they picked it up and never said a word. We were told we could ship up to 100 lbs of personal belongings and we hadn’t exceeded that amount. Very unprofessional and bad finish to an otherwise great experience with SGT. The driver basically held us hostage if I wanted my car back.

Thank you for your feedback, Dan! We advise that we allow up to 100lbs of items secured in the trunk of each vehicle. If the weight of the transported items is over 100lbs and/or on the seats, the drivers do charge an additional amount for the added weight.
