SGT auto did not meet the expectation. I am in the military and I chose SGT auto due to great online reviews. It was great until the dispatcher called me after I booked them online. I scheduled the pick-up window a week ahead to make sure my vehicle gets picked up in that timeframe. Now, it has been 3 weeks since I scheduled the pick-up and my vehicle has not been picked up yet! Needless to say that I already moved from the original location and am paying for extra storage fee for the vehicle because SGT auto failed to deliver the service that they promised! The other day, I got a call from SGT auto that they can ship the vehicle if I am willing to pay more. I was very disappointed that not only my vehicle has not been picked up after 3 weeks from the pick-up time frame, but also they are asking the customer to pay more than what was originally agreed. In fact, I chose their posted price, not the company won the bid! The worst part, I still do not know when my vehicle will be picked up. Whenever I call the company, they just keep saying "we are trying to find a driver". For 3 weeks... If you are a PCSing military member looking for a vehicle shipment, I would not recommend the SGT auto. PS. It has been a month since I booked. When are you going to ship my vehicle?
