They missed the first pickup window. Very little communication and I had to call repeatedly to get info. They them have me 2 hrs notice that my car could be picked up for $50 more. I refused and they ended up getting the car 6 hours later. Car was delivered 2 days later within the completion date. Terrible customer service and unethical business practice. I gave them 2 stars because the car was delivered within the window.
