this customer was told from the beginning that due to the fact that this was a large vehicle [buick- lesabre] and it was going to a remote location it would be difficult to get a truck. after trying to move the car for our waiting period for "economy service" 7-18 days from original pickup date, we could not find a driver and had to cancel on the customer and refund his deposit, which was done in full, as per the contract terms and conditions.
Ask this customer how much he actually paid to get this done, which he was not ready to pay us.
