First of all when you deal with this kind of person who does not want to understand what this business is all about, even though when you try to explain it and she does not want to hear and then threatens what she is going to do, you always get the blame for the customers lack of understanding.
We did nothing wrong except to try and move her car, we did not cancel the order, she did and therefore according to the contract a 100.00 cancellation fee was charged.
