we had 3 trucks for this customer, but they all wanted a higher price, which finally he was willing to pay and emailed us agreeing to the increase in price, now he is refutting what he agreed to.
We never lied, he was fully aware of the truckers, since they all contacted him and he refused to pay.
This was a car located nowhere, and to get a truck was very difficult, which he was fully aware of.
A refund was issued to him for $70.00 as per the agreed upon contract, he also only cancelled the contract on 10/19/2012, not as he says, the contract calls for a refund being given within 2 weeks of the cancellation.
This guy seems to be vindictive and trying to hurt me.
