We were told to have our 2 vehicles in N.H. on May 9th,,they were there. We were told we had to be at the delivery point on May 20th,,,we arrived from across country on May 19th at 8am to be sure to get there in time.As we were traveling from Maine to Arizona in our motorhome towing a storage trailer behind us.Rust Auto Shippers never called us on our cell phones to update us of anything of the vehicles status (they had BOTH cell #s)We waited around the RV Resort for 2 days,,,still no return of our calls! Finally after reaching the answering machine,,,I very strongly urged them to call me back and update us on WHERE our vehicles were as they were already 5 days late!!!STILL!!!No returned calls. After getting SOMEBODY,,,ANYBODY on the line I was spoken to in a very,,,(I could careless attitude) by Tom.He informed me that he could not elaborate on the whereabouts of the vehicles but they would be here on Weds. May 25th.No explaination as to WHY they weren't here on the agreed date of May 20th.Weds. May 25th came and went,,still not here and still no call.We had to rent a van for my husband to get all his tools to work on his new job!$640.00 for 6 days!!All because the company could careless about it's customers! The only person to EVER call us was the truck driver when he was 3 hours away from us.The truck driver informed us that he didn't pickup the vehicles until MAY 15TH,,not May 9th as we were told.Loaded on the wrong truck?Sat in parking lot in N.H. until somebody noticed??It has been 10 days since we took delivery of them,,(,7 days late) and still no call from Rust auto shippers to see if they even arrived or to apoligize for their incompetence as a company..NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! VERY SINCERELY PHILIP AND MARY CURTIS
