This is the first time we used an auto transport service. I had had a very bad experience dealing with the other 2 companies before I met Tommy Wallace, in Running Mates Logistics. Tommy was understanding, kind, polite, and knowledgeable. He taught me to know the confusing process of shipping autos. The car was picked up the next day after I signed the contract. The driver was on time and delivered the car professionally with no problems. In the whole process, he kept me updated and answered any questions I had. He is a professional expert in dealing with auto-shipping with patience and a good heart. I would definitely ask for Tommy's service again if I need it next time and recommend him to anyone wanting a comfortable experience!
