Contacted this company regarding a transport for my vehicle. Spoke with Robert by telephone to arrange pickup and transport. At the time he requested my down payment information using my bank card, but told me no charges would be incurred until vehicle was picked up. Before pick up I was charged 150.00 from my bank account when my vehicle could not be picked up on a date prior to the agreed upon date.
Please be careful when dealing with RouteRunner's Transport they are not an honest company.
